GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, joined Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM Patriot Radio Channel 125 with guest host Matthew Boyle and blasted the anti-Trump protesters in California, saying if Trump supporters were doing this at Hillary Clinton’s campaign events “This would be the biggest news story.”

He also said the clear difference between Trump and Clinton is the America First mindset.

“They just want to cause a disruption,” not change anything, Lewandowski said about the protesters. “If this were taking place on the other side, if the Trump people were closing down places so Hillary Clinton couldn’t speak for some reason, this would be the biggest news story and they’d be calling on Donald Trump to have his people not do this. But, that’s not what’s going on here.”

“They want to draw attention to themselves,” he added. “While everyone agrees with the free speech notion, the fact that they want to prevent somebody from going and being able to give a speech is the exact antithesis of what is wrong with our country. We could be able to include everybody. Everybody should be able to go and talk. If you agree and disagree it doesn’t matter.”

“We are the clear frontrunner in this race. He will achieve 1,237 delegates before the first ballot and they’re doing anything they can to disrupt his campaign,” Lewandowski charged.

He commented on the millions more Republicans voting in the 2016 primary and the decrease in Democrat voter participation since 2008.

“Clearly, Donald Trump is bringing people out who have either been disenfranchised or so disappointed in the system because they haven’t had a voice,” Lewandowski explained.

He also talked about the Indiana primary on Tuesday and Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) recent endorsement by Gov. Mike Pence in the Hoosier state, saying, “Indiana is gong to be a very competitive state. It’s a winner-take-all state so it’s important.”

“Well, mathematically Senator Cruz has already been eliminated from securing the Republican nomination on the first ballot in July, so we know that already, as has [Governor] Kasich, and again what I would call on both of those individuals to do is to unite behind the frontrunner,” Lewandowski said.

Lewandowski said Trump has New Jersey and California coming up on the primary schedule, where he will reach the 1,237 delegate threshold to clinch the nomination before the convention in July.

Looking ahead at the general election with Trump facing Clinton, Lewandowski said there’s a distinct difference between the two candidates’mindset and experience on job creation.

There’s a clear dichotomy in this race moving forward to November. You could have a person on the top of the ticket on the Democrat side who has never created a private sector job, or you can have a person on the Republican side who has created hundreds of thousands of private sector jobs and know what it means to make payroll and know what it means to build a business and have a mindset. The mindset is the important thing. The mindset of putting America first.
