The latest guest on the Milo Yiannopoulos show is “America’s Toughest Sheriff,” Joe Arpaio, who is currently Sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona. He joined Milo on the show to discuss themes such as his career, the media, and his support for Trump.
Arpaio has come out as one of the highest-profile supporters of the Republican frontrunner, having previously endorsed the likes of George. W. Bush, Mitt Romney, and Rick Perry.
“Right off the bat I knew he was special, and different,” he said. “He’s been the business man, he’s had thousands and thousands of people work for him.”
“You know even a janitor would badmouth him in the media and they would cover it, out of thousands of people who’ve worked for him not one of them has gone public.”
“The media really go after him on his personality, and I’m disappointed with the Republican party who are trying everything to ensure he doesn’t become president. Our own party? That’s not right. Maybe they’re afraid of him.”
He also described how Trump called his wife straight away on hearing the news that she was sick.
“He’s got a heart, my wife fell very sick 4 months ago, and Donald heard that and he called her for 6 minutes, and then called her again. He didn’t have to hook through my wife, he already had me hooked. [Those calls] were from the heart.”
“Trump will fight for what is right, he’ll be a great President. He’s the only one who can beat Hillary Clinton, I guarantee you. I’m with him to the bitter end,” he added.
