GOP frontrunner Donald Trump is firing back at China’s finance minister, who described the candidate as “irrational” when asked about Trump’s trade policy.

“In the history of the world, this is the single greatest theft I’ve ever seen,” Trump told his supporters during a campaign rally in Poughkeepsie, New York.

“We’ve rebuilt China. We have a $500 billion trade deficit. We’re going to start reversing things very quickly,” he said.

“I have a feeling China would like to see me not win. We just want fairness,” he added.

China’s finance minister Lou Jiwei said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, “Trump is an irrational type,” while bashing the real estate mogul’s rhetoric on trade.
