Former George W. Bush Deputy Chief of Staff to Karl Rove stated that “Both political parties are in deep disarray and at war with each other” and “at risk this year of literally coming apart at the seams” during the Fox News Channel’s coverage of the South Carolina GOP primaries.
Rove said, [relevant remarks being around 3:30] “Both political parties are in deep disarray and at war with each other. We saw this in Nevada. If you wanted experience and to win, you went with Hillary. If you wanted honest and cares about people like you went for [Democratic candidate Senator] Bernie [Sanders] (I-VT). The Republican Party is split even more deeply. But both parties are at risk this year of literally coming apart at the seams.”
