Monday on  Newsmax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” Rep. Steve King (R-IA) added to the back-and-forth between himself and former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) by citing unnamed sources for his knowledge on specific “offers” from Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump for endorsements.

This morning on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Rep. Steve King (R-IA) said that Trump bought Palin’s endorsement saying, “There aren’t very many people who have been able to say no to Donald Trump. He has a massive amount of assets and resources that he can deploy when it comes time to convince someone. That has to impact how people think.”

Responding to King at a Trump rally in Iowa, Palin said he was “hanging out in a corn field too long, huffing ethanol or something, because his accusations here are way off base.”

Today on Newsmax, King said, “What I said I stand on. I have been in a position where I know of some of the offers that have come.”

Malzberg asked, “So you know of specific offers that have been made to specific people who have wound up either endorsing Trump or who have been asked to endorse Trump? You know of specifics?”

King said, “That answer is yes. I do.”

Malzberg continued, “But you’re not willing to tell us one though.”

King said, “No, it’s far better not to.”
