Sunday CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” centered on the the battle between Fox News Network and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump that culminated in Trump not attending the Fox News GOP debate last week.
Two guests called Fox News Chanel’s Bill O’Reilly “pathetic,” for pleading with Trump to put the feud behind him and go to the debate.
The Baltimore Sun’s television critic, David Zurawik said O’Reilly “was not only off his game, he looked pathetic. Donald Trump was the adult that said we can’t have anymore milk shakes. Something happened here and we have to behave like adults and you have to be punished.”
Newsmax TV host Steve Malzberg agreed saying O’Reilly “was desperate,” adding, “this was pathetic.”
