A political action committee formed to defeat Donald Trump has mailed 100,000 fliers to likely Iowa caucus-goers in a last-minute effort to stop a Trump win at the Feb. 1 caucus.
The “Our Principles PAC” was created by Katie Packer, a GOP political strategist who was a deputy campaign manager for Gov. Mitt Romney’s failed campaign in 2012.
The six-page flier argues that Trump, since the 1980s, has hired illegal immigrants, supported higher taxes, “government-run” healthcare and an amnesty for illegals, and has been pro-abortion, anti-gun and a member of the Democratic Party,
