Sen. Marco Rubio reacted to the news that two U.S. Navy boats and 10 American service members are currently being held in Iran, demanding their swift release.
“Iran needs to release them and the boats immediately,” Rubio said in an interview with Fox News this evening. He asserted that Iran was acting out of provocation and trying to test Obama’s resolve.
“They know the boundaries are pretty wide, and this administration is willing to let them get away with many things,” Rubio said.
The nuclear deal worked out with Iran, Rubio said, was only making Iranians more bold, thanks to Obama’s weakness.
Rubio vowed to repeal the Iran deal if elected president, vowing to do so on his first day in office.
