GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Dr. Ben Carson, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, Carly Fiorina and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum are all set to appear at the conservative gathering.
