On March 1, 2012, Andrew Breitbart passed away. He was a one of a kind, whirlwind of kinetic energy, whose benevolent madness did not always reveal his methods in an obvious fashion, but they were always present.
He brought people together through an infectious spirit that would not rest until there was truth in the face of lies, clarity in the face of hypocrisy, and irony in the face of the unaware.
It is that same spirit that guides all of us here at Breitbart News on a daily basis.
Today we are proud and humbled to announce that for the first time in our company’s young history, we have achieved over 1 Billion page views in a single year.
