Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” host Bill O’Reilly interview Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump about the fairness of his coverage on CNN, which hosted last night’s debate in Las Vegas.
Trump had criticized CNN for the way it handled the debate by making all the questions to the other candidates about him. However, he said he thought CNN treated him more fairly than O’Relly’s network Fox News.
“Well honestly, I think I get better press from CNN than I do Fox, Bill,” Trump said. “I think I get covered better on CNN than I do on Fox.”
“I don’t mind bad things about me,” he said. “If it’s true, I can handle that. But when people say untrue things, I don’t like it.”
Trump denied he was thin-skinned and said that he’s willing to accept criticism if he is wrong.
“I don’t think I’m thin-skinned,” he added. “I like to have the truth told about me and if I do something wrong, I know when it’s wrong. And if someone goes after me, including you, I don’t mind it at all. But when I didn’t do something wrong and they make it up – they make things up, that I don’t like, Bill.”
