Watch: Second Worst Climate Change Video Ever

Is this the worst climate change video ever?

Well no. Obviously not: that title will always be held by the No Pressure “exploding kids” video by a creative team – let it never be forgotten – including Richard Curtis, Thom Yorke out of Radiohead, Gillian Anderson out of X-Files and that ‘mm serial killing rapists are kinda sexy’ BBC series, footballers David Ginola and Peter Crouch, etc.

But it’s still worth watching if you’ve got three and a half minutes to spare, a) because it’s so cherishably lame and b) because it wasn’t made by on the cheap by retarded media students as part of their sustainability module at a College or the Special & Impaired but was actually funded by one of the world’s biggest multinational companies — Unilever.

Unilever owns 400 brands including Axe/Lynx, Dove, Omo, Becel/Flora, Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Hellmann’s, Knorr, Lipton, Lux, Magnum, Rama, Rexona, Sunsilk and Surf. It is the world’s third largest consumer goods company with annual revenues of nearly 50 billion Euros.

All that money; all those experts to choose from; all those conference rooms in which to hold strategic discussions with marketeers, script editors, design teams, brand strategists, anti-stupidity consultants, damage-limitation advisers, youth credibility co-ordinators….

….And still they ended up with this:

If you can’t be arsed to sit through it, here’s the set up.

Some real temps are filmed being tried out for their first day in a fake office where their “colleagues” are in fact played by actors. On the wall is a thermometer which shows the temperature getting hotter. And hotter. The actors start complaining. The black one takes his t shirt off and wrings out the sweat. (Ew). Then the boss turns up. Someone complains to the boss that it’s too hot. The boss says there’s nothing she can do about it. Then an outspoken fake employee announces that if that’s the case he is going to resign.

He says:

“There’s a problem that affects every one of us. We have information suggesting that it’s getting hotter every day. All of us feel that it’s getting hotter every day and no one’s doing anything about it. That’s cuckoo!”

Then the boss reveals that the whole thing has been a hidden camera prank. There is relieved laughter.

The legend appears on the screen, citing the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA): “2015 is on track to be the hottest year on record”.

It urges: “Share this video to demand a global deal on climate change.”

Well I agree with the last exhortation. This video should be shared to show that climate change hysteria is not a phenomenon confined to a few grant-troughing scientists, green activists and UN one-world government apparatchiks.

Climate change hysteria is everywhere and the reason it’s everywhere is because its propaganda is so lavishly funded by organisations which have absolutely no business to be funding such junk science nonsense but do so anyway because they’ve been hijacked by green activists.
