GOP presidential candidate former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is reportedly re-launching his campaign.
According to Reuters, Bush is launching a tour Monday in Florida titled “Jeb Can Fix It.” The tour is in coordination with the release of his new e-book, which covers his time as Governor of Florida.
Bush’s goal is to communicate to voters that he is a problem solver.
According to The Hill:
The remarks will be a “rejection of the ‘competing pessimisms’ created in the [President] Obama era in favor of leadership that solves problems,” a campaign aide told Reuters.
Bush’s new 730-page e-book, “Reply All,” compiles his email exchanges with constituents during his tenure as Florida’s governor.
Richard Corcoran recently endorsed Bush for president. Corcoran served as Chief of Staff for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) when he was the Florida House Speaker.
“I have known Jeb Bush for over 20 years,” Corcoran said to Florida Politics and Politico.
“As governor, Jeb Bush set the standard against which all other conservatives in this state are measured – no one in Florida would argue that,” he stated.
“Jeb Bush always stepped up and was true to his principles, even if that meant facing difficult consequences,” said Corcoran.
Bush is in fifth place out of the GOP field, according to RealClearPolitics.
