On CNN Monday, “foreign policy analyst” Rula Jebreal said that Ben Carson, Donald Trump and Ted Cruz would have “blood on their hands” if someone shot people at a mosque.
“Foreign policy analyst” – this is a media-speak euphemism for Muslim bullies and Islamic supremacist thugs who mean to impose the sharia (do not criticize Islam) by wrecking ball.
In Muslim countries, if you say anything that violates sharia blasphemy law, you are assassinated. In the West, the running dogs in the media assassinate your good name, your good character.
This pre-emptive charge that these three candidates will have blood on their hands is a perfect case in point. This is evil. Jebreal is calling brave truth tellers murderers for telling the truth. But this is the sharia — make no mistake. Under Islamic law (sharia) you cannot criticize or insult Islam under penalty of death, even if what you say is true.
It was because of those laws that devout Muslims drove 1,000 miles from Phoenix to Garland, Texas, last May, planning to murder hundreds of Americans at a free speech conference. It is because of these laws that bloggers in Bangladesh are slaughtered in the most gruesome fashion. It was because of sharia blasphemy laws that the Muhammad cartoonists of Charlie Hebdo were slaughtered last January in Paris. It was because of these laws that Muslims worldwide rioted and killed over the Danish Muhammad cartoons. It was because of these laws that Salman Rushdie lived in hiding for decades.
Rula Jebreal has no problem with any of that. Jebreal is a savage, shrugging off the genocide of Christians and religious minorities in the cause of Islam, and sniffing at the vicious Jew-hatred that is extolled in the Quran. The Muslim world is devoid of Jews, and the guns of its Muslim neighbors have been consistently pointed at the tiny Jewish state since its reestablishment in 1948.
Jebreal sees no issue with any of this. Tens of thousands of Muslim groups are engaged in jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural annihilations and enslavements, citing Quran chapter and verse. Jebreal’s silence on all this is sanction.
Americans are being targeted by these same killers, and Jebreal attacks those who dare to speak about it. When Carson’s business manager Armstrong Williams said that the media and other Muslims should denounce the actions of Islamic terrorists, Jebreal responded: “I don’t know where he’s living. I don’t know what television he’s watching, but he is in total denial. Not only that, he’s talking about crimes committed in Iran and Saudi Arabia.”
No, they are happening all over the world — and in America. Has Jebreal never heard of the Fort Hood jihad massacre? The Boston Marathon jihad bombing? The scores of Americans who have already gone to join ISIS, and the 58 Muslims who have already been charged with aiding ISIS this year alone? The numerous foiled jihad plots on U.S. soil that are uncovered all the time?
“What [do] Muslims in America have to do with that?” Jebreal asks. “Why [do] they need to be criminalized because of that?”
How are they being criminalized?
There is a very real need for Muslims in the U.S. not just to denounce ISIS, but to teach young Muslims why this understanding of Islam is wrong and must be rejected.
If the Islamic State is not Islamic, what is it? How did this misunderstanding of Islam become so widespread? Why are so many American Muslims joining the Islamic State?
And while Muslims in the U.S. condemn the Islamic State, where are they teaching against the ideology that gave rise to it?
Right now, nothing is being done to stop jihad recruiting in U.S. mosques, even as several hundred young Muslims from the U.S. have gone to wage jihad for the Islamic State.
If the moderates really reject extremism, let them show it by instituting genuine programs to teach against jihad and Islamic supremacism.
Jebreal asked: “Would we ever accept a presidential candidate that would apply the same rules, would say the same thing about Jews and black[s]? We would never tolerate them, would never respect them, would never even accept them, we [would] shun them aside. But we accept it against Muslims, because, sadly, in the Republican base, this is what is appealing to them today.”
Jews are not killing in the name of Hashem. Christians are not killing in the name of Christ. There is a very real difference: political Islam is seditious. It contradicts the Constitution in numerous ways, most notably by denying the freedom of speech and the equality of rights before the law of women and non-Muslims.
Jebreal, never acknowledging any of that, continued, “What happened with Trump, the — we are discussing the first part of what was said, and Trump endorsed, which is we have a problem called Muslims. But there’s a second part, how to get rid of them. And in the realm of possibility, in a country that is very armed, that somebody, that will be carrying [a] weapon will go to a mosque tomorrow, or after tomorrow, and will start shooting people, and then these people will have blood on their hands, all of them. Carson, Trump, and Ted Cruz.”
Jebreal has taken the myth of Islamophobia and faked hate to the next level: murder charges…. on CNN. This is who CNN has on. They don’t ask me on, or Ibn Warraq or Robert Spencer or Wafa Sultan. Only one point of view is allowed: an inflammatory and subversive one.
