Sheriff David Clarke: President Obama ‘Has to Be Made’ to Support Police

In an interview with Breitbart News, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said that President Obama “didn’t start the war on police, but he led the chorus.”

“He chimed in very early on in some of the incidences and made some very disgusting statements against the police,” Sheriff Clarke said. “I know he called the widow of Sheriff Deputy Darren Goforth, but he has to be made to do this. He didn’t do that right away. And when he has written laters, it’s usually because there’s mounting pressure and disgust about the fact that he’s been silent.”

“President Obama has come forward on people like Michael Brown and Eric Garner, who were involved in criminal activity.” Clarke added. And President Obama “came out early on in those situations in support of those people. We waiting almost four days before the president chimed in on the Houston, Texas situation. And finally he did it. It was almost like, begrudgingly.”

The Obama White House indeed sent three aides to the funeral of Michael Brown, more than Margaret Thatcher (0) and Chris Kyle (0).
