Trump on Presidential Salary: ‘I Won’t Take Even One Dollar if I Become President’

During GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s Twitter #AskTrump question and answer, the GOP front-runner was asked if he would “forgo the presidential salary if elected.”

Trump replied by first saying he is totally self-funding his campaign, and then he said he would decline the presidential salary, not taking “even one dollar” if elected.

“As far as the salary is concerned, I won’t take even one dollar. I am totally giving up my salary if I become president.”
