New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady expressed his support for Donald Trump during an appearance with the media in front of his locker, where a Trump branded “Make America Great Again” hat was in full view.
When asked if Donald Trump had what it took to win the presidency, Brady replied, “I hope so.”
“I think it would be great,” he added. “There would be a putting green on the White House lawn, I know that.”
(There is already a putting green on the White House lawn – which has been used by President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.)
Brady wasn’t officially endorsing Trump for president, but it appears that he is more than happy to signal his support for the billionaire Republican presidential candidate.
Brady added that the hat was a “a nice piece of memorabilia” that Trump had sent to him personally.
