There are five months’ worth of gaps in the emails that Hillary Clinton turned over to federal investigators, and one of those gaps encompasses the period in which her private email server was installed.

Bryan Pagliano, an IT staffer on Clinton’s 2008 campaign, installed Clinton’s private email server in early 2009 after Clinton began her tenure at the State Department in January 2009. This was Clinton’s second private server, following an initial server that she used on her campaign.

Bryan Pagliano earned an adviser job at the State Department in April 2009, after Clinton’s server had been set up, and he managed the server throughout Clinton’s State Department tenure before the Clintons tapped Denver-based Platte River Networks to manage the server. Pagliano recently pleaded the Fifth Amendment to avoid having to testify about the server to the House Benghazi Committee.

But the period in which Pagliano was installing the server is missing from Clinton’s email records.

Though Clinton said that she turned over all emails that could be considered official records to FBI and Department of Justice investigators, there are five months’ worth of gaps in her disclosures, according to a bombshell revelation produced by the nonprofit group Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information lawsuit against the State Department.

The first gap shows that Clinton did not turn over any of her Received messages between January 21, 2009 and March 17, 2009, or any of her sent messages between January 21, 2009 and April 12, 2009.

Thus, the entire period in which Pagliano was installing the server, prior to his joining the State Department, is unaccounted for.

It is unclear where the server was installed. The Clinton camp has claimed that the server was installed in the basement of the Clintons’ Chappaqua, New York home, but Breitbart News traced IP addresses for the server to New York City, likely to a Bill Clinton or Clinton Foundation office in either Harlem or Midtown Manhattan.

Hillary Clinton’s server shared an IP address and a physical location with an email server operated by the Clinton Foundation. The domain for Hillary Clinton’s private email account, clintonemail.com, was registered and maintained by a Bill Clinton adviser and Clinton Foundation fundraiser, not a State Department employee.
