Former Ohio state Sen. Nina Turner reacted to Hillary Clinton’s comments on Republicans having “extreme views” on women during Saturday’s MSNBC show “Melissa Harris-Perry.”
Turner reminded everyone that we are “socialized in this country,” and then went on to say that women are held “to a different standard in the media.”
“It’s really the substance of what the candidate has to say, and we have to remember we are socialized in this country. We have to deconstruct our destruction on a regular basis that we hold women, no matter how much substance, to a different standard in the media
