Dr. Victoria DeFrancisco Soto, who is an Adjunct Professor of Public Affairs, a Fellow at the Center for Politics and Governance at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, and Visiting Scholar in the Government Department at the University of Texas, and an MSNBC Contributor said that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s email scandal “just smells funny,” even to Democrats on Saturday’s “Up with Steve Kornacki.”
Soto pointed to Vice President Joe Biden’s surging numbers and argued they will keep growing, adding that Biden will jump in. After host Steve Kornacki countered that once Biden gets in, he’ll face the same scrutiny Hillary has gotten, Soto said, “This email thing just smells funny, and it smells funny to Democrats.”
