In an appearance on Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump doubled down on his criticism of Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File” host Megyn Kelly, who he insisted treated him unfairly in last Thursday’s GOP presidential debate.
Host Joe Scarborough asked Trump if he was looking to sort out his ongoing feud with Fox News. Trump declined to offer a response, but insisted Kelly owed him an apology.
“The fact is [Megyn Kelly] asked me an inappropriate question,” he said. “She should really be apologizing to me, you want to know the truth. And other candidates have said that.”
He also went after RedState’s Erick Erickson, who disinvited him from a RedState event held over the weekend, calling him a “loser.”
Later in the interview, Trump went on to say that he believed he would be the “best” president for women if elected.
