Man Arrested for Alleged Upskirt Photos of Women in Granbury, Texas

Police in Granbury, Texas, have arrested a 25-year-old man whom they are charging with secretly taking videos from underneath women’s dresses.

Authorities say that Juan Albarran Diaz was seen trying to use his cell phone to take videos up the skirts of unsuspecting women in several public places, including a Walmart store.

One of the victims, who appeared on the Dallas/Fort Worth CBS affiliate, said that she saw Diaz doing it.

“He had his camera, his phone, in his hand and he had it kind of pointed up,” victim Patricia Winters told the TV station.

Winters said she confronted Diaz, but he pleaded with her not to cause a fuss because he had his family in the store with him.

After his arrest, Granbury police released several still photos from the videos they discovered in Diaz’s possession, hoping that any other victims might recognize themselves and come forward to file a complaint.
