Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” host George Stephanopoulos discussed the big crowds showing up for Donald Trump and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), both presidential candidates.
Turning from Trump’s success, Cokie Roberts said, “Sanders is tapping into something, too. He’s tapping into the sense of the big guys get everything and the little guy.”
Stephanopoulos said, “They’re both tapping into different strands of populism.”
