Todd: Obama ‘Terrible’ at Congressional Relationships on Both Sides of the Aisle

Friday on MSNBC’s “The Rundown with Jose Diaz-Balart,” the host of “Meet the Press” Chuck Todd said the Trade Promotion Authority is in jeopardy because President Barack Obama has done a “terrible” job of tending to Congressional relationships on both sides of the aisle.

Todd said, “The fact that a presidential visit to the hill is considered rare inyear seven of a presidency is a reminder of how much this administration has struggled managing congressional relationships on either side of the aisle. We always focused lately on the rough relations between this White House and Congressional Republicans, but its not as if this White House has had great relationships with Congressional Democrats. And by the way, if this thing goes down, that’s were the roots of this going down came from, that’s were they sort of  grew from, what has been this terrible tending to of even allies on Capitol Hill by this president.”
