On Thursday night, Baltimore police labeled “suspicious” the death of a 51-year-old man who was discovered in the cab of a tractor trailer near the CVS looted and burned in Baltimore Monday night, according to The Baltimore Sun.

The vehicle was parked only a block from an area where police, protesters, and reporters congregated. The body was found at roughly 9:30 p.m., just before the 10 p.m. curfew started.

The cab had no trailer and was labeled Earl L. Henderson Trucking Co. Salem, Illinois, and parked in front of a Baltimore social services building.

Police stated that the medical examiner will do an autopsy to determine cause of death, but added that it was not attributed to the riots that have plagued the city all week. Baltimore has been in a state of unrest since Freddie Gray’s funeral Monday, whose death came subsequent to his being in police custody.
