On April 23, Hillary Clinton’s campaign reportedly hired Scott Hogan, state director of Everytown for Gun Safety, to organize for her campaign in Minnesota.
According to the MinnPost, “Hogan’s job in Minnesota [will be to] work with Clinton supporters to organize local meetings, volunteer trainings and other grassroots events.”
The Star Tribune reports that the organizing effort, headquartered in Brooklyn, will also include arranging “house parties” in communities around the state. This is part of Clinton’s top-down 50-state “grassroots organizing campaign.”
Prior to being hired by the Clinton campaign, Hogan “has been working as Minnesota’s state director and campaign manager for Everytown for Gun Safety.”
