NYT’s Healy: Jeb Had ‘A Challenge Connecting’ In New Hampshire

New York Times Political Correspondent Patrick Healy reported that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush “really had sort of a challenge connecting” with the audience in New Hampshire on Monday’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” on MSNBC.

“I was sort of struck by Jeb Bush kind of coming into the room, and he really had sort of a challenge connecting. Jeb Bush is doing so well and working so hard with the donor base of the Republican Party. But, even after all of these months being out there, he still has trouble really kind of either connecting with, and certainly firing up a base of 600 New Hampshire Republicans. They were sort of very kind of hot and cold with him” he stated.

Earlier, Healy said “I think Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin really kind of energized and impressed the audience.”
