Obama: Senate’s Lynch AG Vote Delay ‘Embarassing,’ ‘Political Gamesmanship’

Friday at a press conference with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, President Barack Obama said the Senate delaying a confirmation vote on attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch was an “embarrassing” example of “political gamesmanship.”

Obama said, “It’s gone too far. Enough. Enough. Call Loretta Lynch for a vote. This is embarrassing.”
