In an appearance on Thursday’s “Fox & Friends,” former Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR), a possible candidate for the 2016 Republican nomination, weighed in on Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), an announced candidate for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, and his dust-ups with the media.
On Wednesday, Paul pushed back against “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie for what he deemed to be unfair question, which drew ire from some circles of the media.
“I think the questions are fair,” Huckabee said. “When you’re running for president, all is fair in love and war. This is war. This is the big leagues. You’re going to have to expect that you’re going to have a lot of fastballs that are going to be aimed at your nose, and how you handle them is part of the process.”
