It’s Over: Obama Admits March Madness Bracket ‘Blown Up’

At the White House Science fair this morning, one of the contestants wished President Barack Obama “good luck” on his NCAA basketball bracket for March Madness.

“It’s already blown up,” Obama replied wryly. “It’s over. It’s over.”

Obama picked number 1 seed Villanova and number 2 seed Virginia to make it to the Final Four, with Villanova reaching the final against Kentucky. Both Virginia and Villanova have been ousted.

Obama did select Kentucky as the national champ, and the Wildcats are very much alive.
