Wednesday on Newsmax TV’s “The Steve Malzberg Show,” former Rep. Allen West (R-FL) said President Barack Obama’s foreign policy actions, such as taking “Iran and Hezbollah off the terrorist list,” shows an “orientation that is sympathetic to Islamist” militants.
West said, “For whatever reason, I just continue to believe that President Obama has an orientation that is sympathetic to Islamist. You look at the association he has with the Muslim Brotherhood and with Mohamed Morsi, and how that association post the removal of Mohamed Morsi in Egypt, and what that looks like, what is happening with Israel, what he is seeking to do with Iran. I think it is inconstant with the principles and values of this country.”
