CNN Chief Political Analyst Gloria Borger said that Independent voters voting in New Hampshire’s open presidential primary was “probably pretty good news for Jeb Bush and Chris Christie” on Monday’s “Wolf.”
Although she said that the New Hampshire primary was “wide open” and “anybody’s race,” Borger added “I think what you–what you have to consider is that because there’s not going to be a big Democratic race, that you’re going to have a lot of Independent voters who are going to turn out to vote in the Republican primary, because it’s an open primary. So, that’s probably pretty good news for Jeb Bush and Chris Christie.”
