Loretta Lynch’s confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee hasn’t started yet, but some of the questions she’s likely to face are taking shape.

Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) says he plans to ask Lynch, Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General, primarily about the president’s executive amnesty for illegal immigrants.

“I met with Ms. Lynch earlier this month and didn’t get any straight answers from her. She needs to be completely forthright with the Committee about her support for some of President Obama’s most dangerous policies – including executive amnesty,” Vitter says in a news release.

Vitter says he also plans to ask about Operation Choke Point, Holder’s stance on voting rights and Lynch’s role as a U.S. Attorney battling financial fraud.

Lynch can also expect questions about amnesty from Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), about IRS abuses from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), about matters of war from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and about Operation Streamline — an effort to speed the prosecution of illegal border crossers — from Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ).

Lynch is scheduled to testify and face questions on Wednesday.
