Thursday, YouTube’s Glozell Green asked President Barack Obama, “How can you justify negotiating with guy who puts the ‘dic in dictatorship?’ referring to Cuba’s Castro brothers.

Obama laughed before he went into his standard talking points on the foreign policy change.
