A woman named as Jane Doe #3 in court papers accused billionaire investor Jeffery Epstein of keeping her as a sex slave — and named several other famous power players in the case.
According to Politico, Jane Doe #3 has accused Epstein, a registered sex offender who served 13 months in jail, of keeping her as a captive “sex slave.”
Court filings detail the allegations:
“Epstein… trafficked Jane Doe #3 for sexual purposes to many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders. Epstein required Jane Doe #3 to describe the events that she had with these men so that he could potentially blackmail them.”
The world leaders include Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz, British businesswoman Ghislaine Maxwell, Britain’s Prince Andrew, and model scout Jean Luc Brunel, among others. Maxwell is accused of handing over young girls and “facilitating Prince Andrew’s acts of sexual abuse by acting as a madam for Epstein,” according to the Daily Mail. Jane Doe #3 accused Epstein of forcing her to have sex with Dershowitz “not only in Florida but also on private planes, in New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands,” court documents claim.
Dershowitz has ferociously fought the allegations, calling them “totally, unequivocally false,” and “totally made up and totally fabricated from beginning to end.” Only once did he visit Epstein in the Caribbean, he says, and that was with family.
“I’m planning to file disbarment charges against the two lawyers who signed this petition without even checking the manifests of airplanes or travel itineraries, et cetera. I’m also challenging the young woman and the lawyers to level those charges against me outside of the courtroom, so that I can sue them for defamation,” he told Politico. “Finally, I’m challenging the woman to file criminal charges against me because the filing of false criminal charges is a crime.”
Jane Doe #3 says she was 17 when she remembers the horrific sex abuse occurred, making her underage according to Florida law, where the papers were filed. Prince Andrew, who has not been formally named as a party in the newly-filed suit, has issued no formal statement on the claims. However, Buckingham Palace has strongly denied the allegations.
