President Obama appeared bullish about the possibility of Democrats to keep a majority in the Senate, in spite of recent polls showing Republicans taking the lead in a number of key states.
Obama cited former president Ronald Reagan asserting that Americans were better off than they were four years ago.
Obama admitted that the American people “don’t feel it” because “incomes and wages are not going up.”
The solution, he explained, was to raise the minimum wage, shrink pay disparity for women, and invest in infrastructure spending.
