Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will speak at the Values Voters Summit next week in Washington, D.C.
Family Research Council Action President Tony Perkins said Palin “has always been a steadfast supporter of natural marriage and every human’s right to life.”
“She not only ‘talks the talk’ but also walks by her convictions. We are proud to stand with the Governor and are honored to have her presence, for the first time, at the Values Voter Summit,” he said in a statement.
Other speakers will include potential 2016 presidential candidates like Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA), Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rand Paul (R-KY), former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, and former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA). Conservative Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), activist Star Parker, and conservative icon, scholar, and talk radio host Mark Levin will also speak at the event.
The Summit “will be held from September 26-28 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C.” and will also feature a gala dinner on Saturday evening that “will honor Meriam Ibrahim, the Sudanese mother who was sentenced to death because of her Christian faith.”
