Obama has been resoundingly criticized by Democrats and Republicans for attending glitzy fundraisers instead of going to the border to see a crisis that a majority of Americans believe he has created.
On Thursday, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) blasted the “scandalous” Obama for fundraising with Scandal producers and playing pool instead of visiting the border. Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) has said not going to the border was just “bad optics.” Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said that Obama fundraises and golfs during crises because he is simply “in over his head.”
