Dick Cheney: Obama Has Exceeded Constitutional Authority by Use of Executive Power

Former Vice President Dick Cheney believes that President Obama has exceeded his executive authorities granted to him by the Constitution of the United States.

In a conversation with Politico‘s Mike Allen, Cheney responded to questions about Obama’s use of executive authority.

Cheney, a fierce defender of executive power in matters of foreign policy, asserted that Obama should have gone through Congress to fix the law.
