Police are hunting for two men who shot dead a Marine and injured his wife last week outside a bar where they had been celebrating her birthday.
Jonathon Price, 26, was struck in the back as he was exiting Austin City Saloon in Lexington, Kentucky around 1:30a.m. June 21. His wife, Megan, was shot in the leg in the saloon’s parking lot but survived.
Authorities said the shooting was part of a robbery.
The couple were approached by two men — both armed — who demanded money, police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts said.
