Feds to Spend $25 Million for Health Care in Madagascar

As the federal government struggles to implement ObamaCare in less than two months, the US Agency for International Development has announced a $25 million grant to build a stronger primary healthcare system in Madagascar. The spending is intended to help the island country reach the UN’s Millennium Development Goals. 

Management Sciences for Health, a Massachusetts company, won the five-year federal contract.
