Jane Surdyka, one of the prosecution witnesses in the George Zimmerman trial, testified on Wednesday that it was likely Trayvon Martin on top of George Zimmerman that she saw during the scuffle shortly before Zimmerman shot Martin. She testified that she heard two voices before the shooting, one of which she described as “the boy’s voice.” She then testified she heard three “pop” sounds, even though there was only one gunshot.
Surdyka also said that the person she saw on top during the scuffle was wearing dark gray clothing. Zimmerman was wearing a red jacket that night; Martin was wearing a dark gray hoodie.
