Last week, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius congratulated 2013 graduates by sharing the exciting news that Obamacare will provide them with free tests for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and birth control “without you paying a penny.”

Sebelius’s open letter to graduates, titled “Graduate with Peace of Mind,” explains to graduates that “the good news is that now the Affordable Care Act provides protections and benefits that give you greater control of your health care.”

Sebelius added that Obamacare “helps you by barring insurers, beginning in 2014, from denying you coverage because of a pre-existing condition, like… acne, or making you pay more just because you are a woman.”

On Monday, a CNN poll found that 54% of Americans oppose Obamacare, with just 43% supporting it.
