A Washington state man who impregnated a 12 year-old girl forced her to have an abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic in order to cover up his sexual assault on the girl.
The Bellingham Herald reports that Luis Gonzalez-Jose, 31, of Everson, Washington must serve a sentence of six years in jail, then leave the United States, after raping the young girl in her home while her mother was in the shower, according to documents filed in Whatcom County Superior Court.
Gonzalez-Jose brought the girl to a Planned Parenthood clinic in August of 2012, where she falsely told staff employed at the clinic that her 14 year-old boyfriend impregnated her. She said she could not give the boy’s name or address.
The documents indicate that, six weeks after the abortion, the girl told a police detective the truth–that Gonzalez-Jose had impregnated her and had insisted that “it would be best for her” not to have the baby.
Gonzalez-Jose pleaded guilty to second-degree rape of a child in April. The girl’s family, according to a Department of Corrections report, refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
The plea bargain was accepted, and a sentence of six years and eight months in prison was recommended, but only on the condition that Gonzalez-Jose leave the United States and never return afterward. Failure to comply with the condition would bring about a longer sentence, said the report.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is charged with ensuring that Gonzalez-Jose is deported when released from prison.
Mark Crutcher of pro-life organization Life Dynamics told LifeNews that it is not unusual for Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics to serve as places where sexual predators can hide the evidence of their crimes, when sexual assaults on minors end up in pregnancy.
“The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls,” Crutcher said. “These abortion clinics receive money from the federal government. We are literally paying for the rape of our young daughters.”
According to Crutcher, his organization has documented that mandatory reporting statutes, which require healthcare workers to report reasonable suspicions of child sexual abuse to authorities, are being ignored inside Planned Parenthood and other abortion/family planning centers.
Crutcher’s analysis of several hundred circumstances in which older men were convicted of sexual crimes against minor girls showed that, in an alarming number of these cases, the victims were taken for birth control, pregnancy tests, STD treatments, and abortions–usually by the perpetrator himself–with no mandatory report made by those who provided the service.
In almost every case, according to Crutcher, the sexual abuse resumed after the “service” at the clinic, and would often go on for years afterward.
“You have to remember what’s happening right there,” Crutcher added. “You have an adult in a state talking to what they perceived to be a 13 year-old child who was a victim of sexual abuse by an older man and telling that child to lie about his age in order to conceal the crime. If you’re a parent, especially if a father and you’re not outraged then you don’t have a pulse.”
Life Dynamics had previously surveyed over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities throughout the country in an undercover investigation.
According to Crutcher, “The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to our caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity.”
Following this investigation, Crutcher’s organization contacted over 53,000 personal injury attorneys, sending them a DVD to educate them about the pedophile protection racket being covered up inside these clinics.
Crutcher said, “Three things we point out in the DVD are that abortion, dissemination of birth control or treatment for STDs are all indications of sexual activity and, when they are indicated, on its face that is evidence of child abuse and must be reported.”
“If you just look at abortion, which is the smallest number of the three, there are nearly 3,500 abortions done in America every single day,” explained Crutcher. “The abortion industry and government figures show 25 percent to 40 percent of abortions are done on minor girls.”
