Rep. Introduces Bill to Repeal Presidential Term Limits

Rep. Jose Serrano, a liberal New York Democrat, reintroduced a bill to repeal presidential term limits. 

On Friday, Serrano introduced resolution 15, which would seek to repeal the 22nd Amendment, which limits presidents to two terms. 

Serrano introduced the same bill last January, but it never got out of committee.
