Union Fail: 26 Walmart Protests, 10 Million Sales Last Night

This morning, union members across Southern California are getting set to protest Walmart on Black Friday. A 10:30 a.m. rally at the Paramount outlet of Walmart is planned for this morning by Making Change at Walmart, which claims that workers are storming out of stores and outlets from Southern California to Dallas, as well as Chicago, Washington D.C., Miami, and Minnesota, among others.

So far, Walmart is racking up record sales, with 10 million register transactions occurring between 8 p.m. and midnight last night. According to Walmart, just 26 protests occurred overnight, with many not involving people who work at Walmart.
