On Wednesday, Paul Ryan campaigned across Wisconsin. At his Racine stop, I spoke to women and seniors about their support for the Romney/Ryan Ticket.
Those I spoke to were concerned about a few key issues: the economy, ensuring a prosperous future for their children and national security, especially the recent terrorist attack in Libya and how the President handled it.
They also felt the claims that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will be bad for women and seniors, were not only untrue, but in fact, the exact opposite. They felt the most danger comes from President Obama and the democrats.
Women’s reproductive issues took a back seat with these voters, saying women can take care of themselves and they don’t need the government to take of them. They also defended Ryan for trying to save Medicare, not destroy it.
Most I spoke with agreed, even though Wisconsin is called a battleground state, they believe the state will go red on Tuesday.
