Activists leading the Occupy Wall Street movement claim that their movement is a peaceful one.

However, details released by confidential police sources demonstrate a pattern of lawbreaking, including violence, by activists at Occupy protests across the United States.

According to our sources, there have been more than 1,050 arrests since the Occupy demonstrations began–including instances of assault, sexual abuse, threats, intimidating witnesses, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Here are the ten worst charges, in chronological order, compiled by Breitbart.com:

RESISTING ARREST: On Sept. 24, a 28-year old man from Charlotte, North Carolina named Sean Vincent was accused of “Assault 2” charges for allegedly causing physical injuries to police officers. Vincent is also accused of Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Traffic and Failure to Move On.

INCITING A RIOT: On Sept. 24, a 23-year old Brooklyn woman named Rachel Scarano was charged with Inciting a Riot, Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Traffic.

SEX ABUSE: On October 11, a 27-year old man named David Park was charged with “Sex Abuse 3” for allegedly committing an offense against a victim sleeping in a sleeping bag at Zucotti Park.

ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER: On October 12, a 38-year old man named James Lafferty was charged with Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration.

FIGHTING: On October 15, a 53-year old man named John M. Dekupyer was charged with 4th degree Grand Larceny, Disorderly Conduct for Fighting and engaging in violent behavior as well as Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Government Administration.

DRUG DEALING: On October 21, two individuals were arrested at Occupy Boston for

DRUG POSSESSION: On October 22, three individuals were arrested at the Southeast corner of Church and Liberty Street inside of Zucotti Park. Breitbart.com has learned that among the arrestees was a 19-year old woman named Leslie Garfield was charged with Assault and Criminal Possession of Controlled Substances.

THREATS: On October 24, three suspects approached a 24-year old female victim and allegedly threatened to kill her for filing a complaint with police that resulted in their friend’s arrest. The NYPD is searching for three individuals who match this description:

INTIMIDATING A WITNESS: On October 25 a 23-year old man from East Orange, New Jersey was charged with Intimidating a Witness.

THREATENING JOURNALISTS: On October 28, a 31-year old man named Dustin Taylor allegedly threatened a Fox News Channel 5 reporter. The suspect was arrested at the corner of Trinity Place and Cedar Street. Taylor has been charged with Grand Larceny, Menacing, Harassment and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
