World Organization, a 501c3 charity operating the popular pet adoption website , announced today the appointment of Dr. Larry Tilley as Advisory Board Member.

Dr. Tilley is a Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. He has been named Veterinarian of the Year by the American Animal Hospital Association and has also been named International Veterinarian of the Year.
