LOS ANGELES, July 25 (UPI) —
Cory Monteith’s friends and "Glee" co-stars remembered the late actor at a memorial on the Paramount studio lot in Los Angeles Thursday.
People.com said the location is where the television musical dramedy’s auditorium scenes are taped.
"Today, Ryan Murphy and Lea Michele gathered the cast, crew and producers of ‘Glee,’ along with colleagues from the network and studio, to share memories and music in an emotional celebration of the life of Cory Monteith. We thank the public for their continued outpouring of love and support as we grieve our friend and colleague during this difficult time," Fox Television said in a statement.
Monteith died of an accidental heroin and alcohol drug overdose July 13 in a Vancouver hotel room. He was 31.
Murphy is the co-creator of "Glee" and Michele was Monteith’s co-star and girlfriend.
